How do I make an appointment?

To schedule an appointment, please BOOK ONLINE  or call our friendly staff on +61 433 838 130.

In order for us to secure your appointment, we require a $50 deposit to be paid at the time of booking.

For appointments 60mins and above, a $100 deposit will be required.

For your convenience, the deposit can be paid via an email link which will be sent to you at the time of booking or over the phone with one of our friendly staff.

Why do you require a deposit to secure an appointment?

Accepted Answer

The appointment time will be reserved exclusively for you and will no longer be made available to other patients.

A missed appointment or short cancellation represent scheduling problems for other patients looking to book in.

As we turn away other patients to hold your appointment time, any missed or short notice cancellations (less than 24 hours) will attract a cancellation fee.

We ask for your understanding in this matter as we strive to provide you with the best service possible.

What is your payment policy?

Accepted Answer

We accept debit and credit card (Visa, Mastercard and AMEX) payments. 
Our clinic is only accepting cashless payments. We do not accept cheques or money orders.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

As we turn away other patients to hold your appointment time, any missed or short notice cancellations (less than 24 hours) will attract a cancellation fee.

We understand that plans can sometimes change, so if you like to change or cancel your booking, please let us know 24 hours before your appointment time to avoid a $50 late cancellation/no-show/late appointment change fee ($100 for appointments 60mins and above).

What are your opening hours?

We open Mondays to Thursdays 9am - 1pm and 2pm - 5pm.
We are closed Fridays to Sundays, and public holidays.

We are conveniently located at 320 Glen Osmond Road, Myrtle Bank, SA 5064.

Is there car parking facility?

Accepted Answer

We have ample parking around the back of the practice. Please enter via driveway of 318 Glen Osmond Rd (Tindall Orthodontics) and exit via 320 Glen Osmond Rd (Pinnacle Dental Studio).

Adelaide Metro Bus Stop 10 is conveniently located 35 metres (1 minute walk) from our clinic.
